» Basic Coordination
For the couple who have already booked most of their vendors and planned the majority of their wedding:
- Includes up to 4 hours of zoom planning sessions. Or use it as an hourly service you see in one of the bigger packages.
- Unlimited email communication and a once-a-week phone call with your personal wedding coordinator.
- On-site venue walk-through meeting.
- Orchestrate the wedding rehearsal: week of the wedding
- On-site Wedding Day Director – available up to 8 hours on the wedding day.
- An additional “DAY-OF” wedding coordinator is available (depending on guests count).
- Vendor referrals are given to you as needed.
- Consultation Session – to finalize wedding day details.
- Orchestrate the wedding ceremony (cueing of the Bride/Groom, Wedding Party, Family, Musicians, and all others involved.)
- Orchestrate the wedding reception (i.e. grand entrance, toasting, cake cutting, and first dance).
- Assist with the set-up of the ceremony and reception site on the day of the wedding
- Access to use the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” if needed.
- “Day-of” schedules provided for necessary vendors and Wedding Party
- Assist with set-up of: guest book, programs, seating cards, menus, table numbers, etc.
- On-site Wedding Day Director will coordinate with the Catering Manager, Master of Ceremonies, DJ, Photographer, and all other vendors involved with your wedding day.
- Review and confirm all details of your vendor contracts (i.e. BEO, décor, floor plans, etc.)
- Wedding planning referrals, guidance, and assistance for the entire planning process.
- Oversight of final vendor commitments.
- Scheduling of venue and vendor appointments.
- Etiquette advice and logistic expertise provided.
- Ensure that all ceremony and reception items are packed and placed in designated and appropriate location(s).
- Distribution of your final payment to your vendors at the end of their contracts.
- Includes transportation of items from the ceremony site to the reception location.
* All packages may require a fee for an additional “Day-Of” coordinator due to larger weddings, multiple or specific locations. Lodging and airfare not included. Travel fees may apply.
