For the couple who needs planning and organizational help on their big day:
- A Piece of Cake Events Inc. will start working with you before the wedding day to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. 1 – 2 months before the wedding
- Available to answer questions you may have along the way
- Vendor recommendations list
- Includes a consultation session to finalize wedding day details: 1 month before the wedding
- Orchestrate the wedding rehearsal: Week of the wedding
- On-site Wedding Day Director – available up to 8 hours on the wedding day.
Additional “DAY OF” Coordinator (depending on guests count) - Orchestrate the wedding ceremony (cue Bride/Groom, Wedding Party, Family, and Musicians – all involved).
- Orchestrate the wedding reception (i.e. grand entrance, toasting, cake cutting, and first dance)
- Assist with the set-up of the ceremony and reception site for the day of the wedding.
- Access to use the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” if needed.
- “Day-of” schedules provided for necessary vendors and Wedding Party
- Assist with the set-up: guest book, programs, seating cards, menus, table numbers, etc.
- On-site Wedding Day Director will coordinate with the Catering Manager, Master of Ceremonies, DJ, Photographer, and all other vendors involved with your wedding day.
- Review and confirm all details of your vendor contracts (i.e. BEO, décor, floor plans, etc.)
- Ensure all ceremony & reception items are packed and placed in designated location(s)
- Distribution of your final payment to your vendors at the end of their contracts.
- Includes transportation of items from the ceremony site to the reception location.
* All packages may require a fee for an additional “Day-Of” coordinator due to larger weddings, multiple or specific locations. Lodging and airfare not included. Travel fees may apply.
