For the couple who needs help getting started with the planning, but has the “Day-of”
wedding taken care of:

  • Research for up to 10 venues to find the perfect place for your dream wedding day
  • Up to 10 vendor referrals are given to you within your budget i.e. Photographer, DJ, Baker, Floral Designer
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts
  • Schedule vendor appointments for you
  • Attendance of up to four hours of venue/vendor meetings (Does not include apparel appointments)
  • Unlimited emails and weekly phone calls for any questions you may have during your planning process (If  research is need an additional fee may be required)
  • Wedding Planning Checklist to help you stay on track with what needs to be done
  • Final detail session the month before the wedding with professional advice to help you execute your wedding day
  • Customized “Day-of” schedule for you to follow to help your wedding day go smoothly

Additional day of coordinator is required for larger weddings, multiple and specific locations for an extra fee. Lodging and airfare not included if necessary. (travel fees may apply)
